Afghanistan Independent Human Rights
Commission strongly condemns and denounces
the suicide attacks, which took place into
the capital, Kabul on 29 September and 02
October.
These attacks have not been carried out only
against military personnel ( Police and
National Army), who are responsible for
ensuring security and protection of Afghan
people, but also against civilians at the
most crowded public places during rush
hours, using inhuman and hypocritical
tactics in the Holy month of Ramadan. It
shows that the enemies of Afghan people are
stepping on most fundamental Islamic and
national values and international
humanitarian norms with extreme cruelty and
atrocity.
Security is one
of the basic needs and human rights of
people. Afghanistan Independent Human Rights
Commission calls on the government of
Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and
International Security Assisting forces
based in the country to leave no stone
unturned in order to ensure the security of
Afghan people.
Afghanistan Independent Human Rights
Commission shares the grief and sorrow of
the bereaved families of martyrs and wounded
of this painful incident, and prays to Allah
for patience and courage of the families,
recovery of the wounded and peace and
blessing for the martyrs.
