Afghanistan Independent Human Rights
Commission expresses its deep regrets in regard to, and
strongly condemns the bomb blast in Baghlan province, which
resulted in martyring and injuring of tens of our countrymen
including six members of parliament and students, and deems
it contrary to all human, Islamic norms and international
humanitarian and human rights law

Independent Human Rights Commission is also stunned and
concerned at the rising casualties of students and asks the
officials to design necessary measures to ensure the
security and safety of students.

shares
the grief and sorrow of the bereaved families of martyrs and
wounded of this painful incident, and prays to Allah for
blessing and peace for the martyrs, patience and courage of
the families, recovery of the wounded.

Independent Human Rights Commission also solemnly calls on
government authorities and security agencies to take urgent
and serious measures to identify and prosecute the
perpetrators of such incidents.
